Let’s talk about lip products. Between lipsticks, lip glosses, lip balms, lip oils, and all of the other products out there, it can be hard to find ones that work for you. Below are some of my holy grail lip products- read through and I’m sure you will find a few new ones to try out. Enjoy!
Lipstick
Lipsticks can be tricky because there are so many shades and types (matte, gloss, sheer, etc) so it can be overwhelming. I wrote a blog post earlier this year on how to find your perfect shade (click here to read) and in my opinion, this YSL lipstick and this NARS lipstick are two of the best options out there. The YSL lipstick also has a clear shade for more of a clear lip gloss effect if that is what you are wanting.
Lip Gloss
Speaking of lip gloss, you cannot go wrong with this one from Clarins; it’s $30, lasts forever, and gives a perfect hint of color that you can layer on if you want a more opaque shade. This gloss from Dior is also a classic - you can choose from a million shades and two finishes; shimmer or high-shine.
Lip Balm
This REL lip balm is always in my bag and never lets me down. I also love these mini balms, especially for the kids. Lastly, this Sun bum balm is perfect for summer and we always bring plenty on trips to the beach.
