how we display our children’s art
Let’s talk about art projects- if you are a parent, you probably have a love/hate relationship with them (at least I do). I LOVE everything that Ralph and Vivienne make but that’s the problem…I love it so much that I want to keep it all and let’s be honest- after a while it just starts to look like the loveliest pile of junk.
I know the refrigerator is a common place to display artwork; for us, this is not an option because we have a paneled fridge & freezer (it looks like part of our cabinets) so we cannot use magnets or tape to display Ralph and Vivienne’s art there.
Everyone has a space in their home that could use a little ‘color’ or doesn’t have as much foot traffic; for us, that is our laundry room. We’ve created a gallery wall using this bulletin board in our laundry room as a place where Ralph and Vivienne can proudly display their beautiful art, and it is one of our favorite spaces in our home.
For us this is what works in our house, but there are a million ways that you can display your children’s artwork. Also, if you don’t like the cork board that we selected for our laundry room, I rounded up a few others that I really liked as well.
xx
